WHO WE ARE:

EdFund Uganda Foundation, Inc. is a US-based 501(c)(3) private educational nonprofit dedicated to restoring the historical education infrastructure and bringing new technology into the classrooms of Eastern Uganda. Many schools built in the 1950s fell into total disrepair or closed following the political instability of the Idi Amin era. Because the government does not have adequate funding to renovate these structures, EdFund Foundation’s school rebuilding work directly fills a critical infrastructure void. By targeting large institutions like the Kamuli Township Primary School, which serves a massive student population of 2,500 children, EdFund's structural and educational interventions achieve immediate, large-scale success.
