Ssebuliba Robert is a results-driven operations and IT professional with over 10 years of experience with Uganda Development Services where he played a key role in strengthening organizational operations through project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and systems development. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to align operational processes with strategic goals, ensuring smooth program execution and measurable impact. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and Computing, a Diploma in Computer Science, and a Certificate in Computer Science from Kyambogo University, providing him with a strong academic foundation to support both technical and operational leadership.

As Director of Operations for EdFund Uganda Foundation, he oversees the design, implementation, and management of technology-driven operational systems to enhance organizational efficiency and impact including IT infrastructure, database systems, network operations, and digital platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. He plays a critical role in developing and enforcing operational policies, strengthening systems, and integrating technology into education and community development programs. He also supports organizational strategy through budgeting, resource planning, donor engagement, and performance monitoring.

Robert is a strong leader with proven experience in team supervision, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. Known for being innovative, adaptable, and highly motivated, he excels at managing complex workloads, improving systems, and driving organizational success. He is also skilled in public speaking, community mobilization, and training, enabling him to drive both internal efficiency and external impact. Fluent in English and Luganda, with good proficiency in Lusoga, he effectively engages diverse communities and stakeholders.
